| Article6:
The fee for a temporary use is set on the basis of one tenth (1/10th)
of the yearly fee for each indivisible month of use.(70541)
Article7: The
fee for allocated frequencies to be used for radio amateur services
is 50 dinars for each used radio equipment.(70542)
Article8: The fee for the technician
–operator certificate is the following : (70543)
- Radio technician certificate: 50 dinars.
- Radio operator certificate: 30 dinars.
Article9: Any previous opposite
provision is repealed and more particularly the provisions of
the aforementioned decree dated April 30, 1994.
Article10: the present decree
will be published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of
Tunisia
