This mission consists in the control
of the use, in the different frequencies bands, of the differnr
radio services in order to check its conformity with the details
of the licenses granted by the National Frequencies Agency.
This control covers the whole Tunisian territory and it is
realized by means of the regular spectrum measuring and control
campaigns by using the fixed and the mobile monitoring stations.
Treatment
of the scrambling cases:
If an authorized user of the radio
spectrum reports an interference case, the National Frequencies
Agency has to identify the interference source using the technical
tools put at its disposal and has to settle the problem through
the solution that it judges appropriate.
Important
events:
Through the intensification
of the spectrum systematic measuring and control campaigns, the
National Frequencies Agency watches over the availability of
frequencies to be allocated on the occasion of important events.
The
measurement and frequencies technical control planned network:
It is the centre which
supervises all frequencies measuring and technical controls
.It runs regional monitoring centers together with fixed and
mobile control stations.
Regional monitoring center
A centre which carries
out measuring and technical control operations covering a
limited geographic area. The center has its own staff. It
exchanges data with:

The radio observatory
• Mobile control units
• Related fixed stations
Fixed remote-controlled monitoring
station
A station which is remote-controlled
from the regional monitoring center to which it is attached.
Mobile monitoring station
A mobile station fitted
with measuring and technical control apparatuses. ( Mobile control unit )
