Radio communication technological prospective commission:
  In view of decree 2001-881 dated April 18, 2001 on the administrative and financial of the National Frequencies Agency and its operating terms, a prospective commission for radio communication technologies shall be established within the National Frequencies Agency, which will be particularly entrusted with:
 
Participating in the preparatory works related to Tunisia’s participation in the international conferences on radio communications;
Expressing opinions on the studies and research relating to the propagation of radio-electric waves and to the development of services and of space and terrestrial radio communication networks,
Participating in scientific and cultural activity programs related to radio communications and to space telecommunications systems;
The prospective commission for radio communication technologies shall include in its membership:
 
A representative of the Ministry of Interior and Local Development,
A representative of the Ministry of national Defense,
A representative of the Ministry of Communication Technologies,
A representative of the State Secretariat for Scientific Research and Technology
A representative of the Higher School of Communications,
A representative of the the Higher Institute of Studies in Communications Technologies,
A representative of the the Centre of Studies and Research in Telecommunications,
A representative of the Civil Aviation and Airports Authority,
A representative of the Office of Merchant Navy and Ports.
The prospective commission for radio-communication technologies meets at least once per term, and every time a meeting is deemed necessary.
