Radio
communication technological prospective commission:
In view of decree
2001-881 dated April 18, 2001 on the administrative and financial
of the National Frequencies Agency and its operating terms, a prospective
commission for radio communication technologies shall be established
within the National Frequencies Agency, which will be particularly
entrusted with:
Participating in the preparatory works
related to Tunisia’s participation in the international
conferences on radio communications;
Expressing opinions on the studies
and research relating to the propagation of radio-electric
waves and to the development of services and of space and
terrestrial radio communication networks,
Participating in scientific and cultural
activity programs related to radio communications and to space
telecommunications systems;
The prospective commission
for radio communication technologies shall include in its membership:
A representative of the Ministry of
Interior and Local Development,
A representative of the Ministry of
national Defense,
