Allocation of radio frequencies:
 Necessary conditions:
 
Application.
Agreement of the National Frequencies Agency in coordination with concerned bodies.
Payment of an annual fee.
 Documents to be provide(three copies of each):
 
Application form provided by the National Frequencies Agency.

A copy of the applicant’s National Identity Card for natural persons or of the legal representative’s for legal entities and , if need be, a copy of the resident’s permit for foreigners.
For companies, a copy of the trade register for the current year.
The radio equipment’s technical specifications and a copy of the approval certificate provided by C.E.R.T. for terminals or a technical study for any frequency exclusive use application, the description of services to be operated and access conditions:
  • Needed frequencies.
• Selected frequencies and the grounds for the selection.
• Technical characteristics of radio communications to be adopted.
• Locations of antennas and radio equipment and the agreements concluded for that purpose.
• If need be, the conformity with standards on the electromagnetic compatibility of radio links to be set up.
